Hart Artwork Wins Honors

Congratulations to students Alina Rodgers, Adriana Harris and McKenna Moura for having their fabulous designs chosen to be in the running for a regional T-shirt and poster contest.

The contest was sponsored by Tri-Valley Haven to help publicize Domestic Violence Awareness Month in October. Students designed artwork relating to the theme "Creating Homes Safe from Abuse: One Person, One Family, One Community at a Time."

The contest was open to middle and high school students in the valley. All three Hart students made it to the finals. Alina got the highest honor among Hart students, coming in at third place and winning $25. The awards ceremony was held in downtown Livermore in early October.

Congratulations to Alina, Adriana and McKenna for doing such a great job on their beautiful artwork!
