Parents of Current 6th Graders

Seventh grade is a checkpoint for immunizations. Please make sure your child has all the required immunizations as explained below. If your child has received shots recently, please turn in a copy of the record to the school health office.
According to the state immunization law for school entry, each student will need the following vaccines to enter 7th grade:
2 doses of varicella (chickenpox) vaccine
2 doses of measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine (MMR) given on or after the first birthday
3 doses of diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis vaccine (DTaP), including 1 dose of Tdap at 7 years of age or older
4 doses of polio vaccine (3 doses OK if the last dose was given on or after the second birthday)
Incoming Seventh grade students without proof of required immunizations will not be allowed to start school on August 11, 2020.
