The books are currently scheduled to be delivered to the school on June 30. Yay! We are planning three distribution days for July 13, 14, and 15. This gives us time to sort the books and prepare for distribution, while also avoiding the days near the 4th of July holiday.
Each day of distribution, we will have tables set up at the front of the school according to the student’s last name. Please park and have just one person line up. Masks and social distancing of 6 ft are required.
8th graders: Books can be picked up on Monday, July 13 between 9 am-11 am.
7th graders: Books can be picked up on Tuesday, July 14 between 9 am-11 am.
6th graders: Books can be picked up on Wednesday, July 15 between 9 am-11 am.
Siblings in different grades: You may pick up your books on the same day, however, the student with the grade that isn’t on that day (Example: a 6th grader who comes on Monday) should line up at the table labeled “Questions/Sales” to pick up their book.
People who would like to purchase a book: Come on any of the three days and line up at the “Questions/Sales” table. Books are first come, first serve, and are limited in availability. $65 cash or a check made out to Hart Middle School will be accepted.
People who have moved out of the area: We will work on getting your books to you in August. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please email me your student’s name and new address.
People who can’t make the distribution days/times: Your books will be available for pick-up in the office when it reopens in August. We will communicate more information about this later in the summer.
