Let's get ready to rumble when Hart's students take on our venerable staff members at the school's first-ever students vs. staff basketball game Friday, April 29 in the gym. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with tip-off at 7 p.m.
The evening is bound to be a blast for the entire family as the young whippersnapper students take on the seasoned staff members. Admission is $6 per person or $20 for a family pass. Food and drinks will be sold at the event.
There will be a raucous half-court shot contest and a halftime chance to win great prizes. Tickets for those spectacular opportunities are $1 per ticket, $3 for five tickets, $10 for 20 tickets or $20 for 50 tickets. Husky spirit gear will be sold at the game.
The event is a fundraiser for the school. Money raised will help fund a new water filter station to replace the old water fountain, after-school sports uniforms and other P.E. programs.
Students must have five people to qualify as a full team. Teams can be co-ed and mixed grade levels. Click here for the link to register student teams. A registration fee of $20 per team must be turned in to P.E. teacher Katelyn LaRussa no later than April 22. Pay by cash or with a check made to Hart PTSA.
This event is hosted by and a fundraiser for the Hart PTSA, which raises fund to benefit all students at Hart. Special thanks to teacher Katelyn LaRussa for organizing this fun event.
We need donations of cases of water and single-serving chips to sell at the event. Please note these donations are for items to be sold at the game as a fundraiser for the PTSA and P.E. department.
